WHATS UP WEDNESDAY?! - Fall Fun!

Hi Friends! Happy Wednesday to you all!

So what has been up with us you ask?

A couple weeks ago we had Jessica’s older brother over for dinner. We made Carnitas, Refried Beans and Spanish rice from scratch for dinner. Then we played Super Mario Party on the Nintendo Switch.

We have also been trying a whole bunch of new recipes. Which is something we love to do. So we have been making things like Chicken and Gnochi Soup, Molasses cookies and Beef Lo Mein with sticky rice and wontons. All of them were so delicious.

This past weekend we went to the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at the MN Zoo. They had so many pumpkins! The artistry was amazing.

Then we ended this last weekend with a date to Rodizio Grill which is a Brazilian Steakhouse. We have not gone there in many years and thought we would change it up. Great food and a fun experience. If you never have been we highly recommend you check it out.

So that’s all that has been up with us.
