WHATS UP WEDNESDAY?!!!! - 4th of July weekend.

What has been up with us this week you ask?

This past weekend was 4th of July weekend. We hope everyone had a great Independence Day!

Saturday we went out on a lunch date at Cossetta’s. We always order the Mostaccioli Con Ricotta. It’s our favorite dish and we grabbed a slice of pizza to share because we can’t resist pizza. After lunch we sat outside on their deck a little longer and enjoyed some Gelato. It was a wonderful and a much needed date.1

Sunday we had family over and grilled lunch. It was very delicious and so good that we didn’t take any photos of the food. After lunch we played a few games too. We always love the quality time with the family and can’t wait to spend moments like this with our future child. Later that evening we went to the Apple Valley family leisure pre fireworks party. We walked around and partook in trying out some of the fair foods they offered. The cheese curds and deep fried orders were amazing and no one can go home without cotton candy. It was a great 4th of July!

Monday we relaxed! Which we needed as we head into the craziness of the busy work week.

It was a very nice long 4th of July weekend with family and good food!
